Joseph is an industry leader in the financial services industry. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, USA with a B.A. in Political Science from the Dedman College of Humanities. Even after his formal college education, Joseph maintained a continuous drive for learning and personal development. Joseph holds a specialization certificate from the University of Pennsylvania Online in Culture Driven Team Building as well as a course certificate from the Copenhagen Business School in Leadership in 21st Century Organizations. As an registered financial advisor, Joseph holds the following licenses; Series 6,7,63 & 66 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He also holds the Associate Professional in Human Resource (aPHR®) designation from the HR Certification Institute®.

His professional CV includes leadership roles across the banking and wealth management sector at firms such as CitiGroup (NYSE:C), Citizens Financial Group (NYSE:CFG), and with UBS Group (NYSE:UBS). Joseph brings to the firm a vast network within the finance sector, professional human resource skills, and executive management experience.
